Yummy Creme Brulee a fun sweet dish^^ its full of fat and sugar and i have started to make it^^ the bad news is it takes almost 10 hours to fully make, luckily it will be ready before i leave to go back home^^ Pictures will be up to add to my collection off online food along with another desert that I will be making^^

yep yep it was yummy^^ I must say the outcome is worth making again, but the effort needed to make it is a lot extracting egg yolks, scolding the cream, refrigerating for hours and torching the top for a nice glaze well the good news even with all the work I must say I cheated burning the preparation and ate one (still enough was left for 6 more) but if you just want a delicious taste just put all the ingredients in and eat it. all the other steps only double the taste its still very good raw and uncooked^^
