wow what a retarded solution. OK well the website i work on was having a problem in IE6 and 7 and i could tell it had to do with a floating div i had. but i checked out the other site i have which also uses floating divs and it worked fine. so i wondered why does one site work and the other does not.... hmm well i made the css the same for both and still not working... hmm then i was like well what is different the problem one has only one floating div on the left the working one has a left and a right floating div so being that that was the only difference i attempted to make a blank div to float on the right side and it worked... it does cause the content portion to drop down one line, and i can probably fix that by assigning the hight of the blank div to 0 as well but i really don't care at this point maybe later

why is IE so fucked up would any one miss them if i was to go on a killing spree because if i have to do more fucked up things like this just to make Microsoft happy they will be my main objective.

now back to what i took my medication for to do my 3 page paper due in 15 hours... hopefully no more distractions and some sleep would be nice

Hello whom ever is reading this.

I am a programmer, but have been sort of forced into doing some minor design work because i am unfortunate, and do not have a designer to help me. one of my main sites that i have been working with/for(i work their as a busboy as well) is the vesper club http://www.vesperclub.com/ i have pretty much gone an redone most of the design on the site and today decided to look at the old site to compare them, and this is what i found. http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.vesperclub.com looking threw all these i notice 4 different looks. the original design" http://web.archive.org/web/19981203100902/http://www.vesperclub.com/index.html " is plain ugly, one design where i guess they where hacked " http://web.archive.org/web/20030420061750/http://www.vesperclub.com/ "because it simply says yawn, a page indicating that the site is being redone " http://web.archive.org/web/20031122022818/http://www.vesperclub.com/ ", then the site as i knew it when i applied for my job" http://web.archive.org/web/20080117192526/http://www.vesperclub.com/ ". now of course the current style of the site has almost all be done by me. i only say almost because a friend of mine told me he would help me remove that nasty header image at the top with a nice flash design for me^^. ya if any one wants to compete against him in creating a flash design or still image that looks better that what is their or his depending on when you might read this you are welcome to post it^^ i will give you credit for the image(see the bottom where it says "Site transformed, managed, and redesigned by Richard Moore" and you will be noted below that with a link(optional) to your site/email or what ever you might want^^

Ya so this sucks i installed visual studio, using the disk i got from school. I tried to open up my project that i have been working on and it wont open... apparently the version i installed does not support that project that i have created. the odd thing is some of the projects that it claims it does not support contain nothing>.> so ya now i have to spend more time uninstalling it and then iwill attempt to reinstall it and hopefully this time it will all work! other wise i am going to have to just kill some one for playing their music with no regard to the other people that live with them!

ya this is about a lesson most people get taught before preschool. of course just because you are taught something and know it does not mean you will follow those rules.

so my black light was not working, it was plugged in just it would not light up. i tried jiggling the wire nothing...

so i decided that since jiggling didn't work maybe i should pull the wire^^ ya fun

so after a few sparks and a flashy light show the wire came out and to my disappointment the black light still was not onEmotion: sad.gif

ya the duck tape that was holding the wire in was fried, but it gave it a cool metallic black look.

so then after some time playing with the wire still plugged into the wall.... i decided that i did not want to die just yet and unplugged it from the wall.

I placed the wire ends back into their rite full place in the black light put more duck tape on them and made sure the wire was nice and tight so as 1 it would not become loss and 2 i would not decide to pull it out again, no mater how much fun it was the first time.

and finally i plugged the wire back into the wall and the black light still works^^ so i is happy and able to see in my room once more^^

Wow... OK I have wanted to build a deck on my roof for some time now, and its finally warm enough to get on my roof. so i went up their got the measurements and decided to start designing it. i saw Google had a 3D modeling program last night so i decided i would give it a try. i start off not to hard just like a 2D model, just giving the blocks a little depth... ya that lasted for about 10 minuets.trying to add a slant to your rood is not so easy when you added 30 extra lines in your design 20 steps before! it also seems to be impossible to get all the same measurements on every post in the design, not to mention any post that are placed on the sloped roof become sloped them selves. while their is an eraser tool it does not work the same as a saw, actualy i do not even know how it works because it does not seem to do any thing(not sure if i am using it wrong or what). the worst part of it all is trying to keep your point of focus, i keep moving around zooming in, panning all directions, zoom some more, then rotate a little more and repeat for about 45 seconds till you get the camera where you want it. this constant movement actually has left me very confused and disoriented.

all in all it is a nice program, just i am new to 3D design. I must say though 3D modeling is not so easy, I think this might be my last 3D model for some time.

So I got a Blackberry today and went to turn it on. it did nothing....So I told it that if it did not turn on I would have to disassemble it... still nothing... I showed it my pliers, screwdriver hatchet, lighter, handsaw.... still nothing...so I knew i had to perform.
I attempted to open the case with the screwdriver, but it was stubborn and would not let me in.
So i did the next best thing and smashed the screen with my hatchet about 20-30 times. At first the screen started turning black( I knew I was winning because all machines bleed black according to samurai jack). it was around the 8th hit that the screen completely gave out and all the black was gone. After confirming that the problem was not the screen, I started to saw the thing open. This must have scared the shit out of the blackberry because it started to smell really bad. when i was about half way threw sawing it in half, i noticed that the battery was missing. i contemplated the possibility that the missing battery was the reason for it not working, but when i thought about it why would someone give me a blackberry that didn't have a battery. so i decided that this big empty area was just for storing drugs and the batter was inside. Well now i was determined to get it to work. so i took the hatch in hand and started pressing keys with it. I must have cracked the password or something, because it finally started to talk. on the screen it put up an encrypted message "Y DEL M E" unfortunately I have been unable to decipher the message. but I have hopes that in time I will either decipher the message, or it will decided to work for me.

I used anikoky's baked pear recipe and made a baked pear and two baked peaches. i changed the toppings and instead of nuts added vanilla and chocolate toppings, with the caramel on top of it. the pear didn't have much of its own taste and the chocolates overpowered it a little to much, but the peach was fabulous. the taste was of a pure sugary delight. I have pictures and was going to post them, but i left them in Florida because the file of all 200 pics was a little to big to send by email Emotion: sad.gif the good news is i should be getting them soon though and i will post the new look of baked fruit^^

Yummy Creme Brulee a fun sweet dish^^ its full of fat and sugar and i have started to make it^^ the bad news is it takes almost 10 hours to fully make, luckily it will be ready before i leave to go back home^^ Pictures will be up to add to my collection off online food along with another desert that I will be making^^

03/12/08 update
yep yep it was yummy^^ I must say the outcome is worth making again, but the effort needed to make it is a lot Emotion: sad.gif extracting egg yolks, scolding the cream, refrigerating for hours and torching the top for a nice glazeEmotion: sad.gif well the good news even with all the work I must say I cheated burning the preparation and ate one (still enough was left for 6 more) but if you just want a delicious taste just put all the ingredients in and eat it. all the other steps only double the taste its still very good raw and uncooked^^
